What is a Personal Breakthrough?
 
In this process, we gather information as to what your #1 problem is; we work to find out "how you have created this as a problem."  
 
So many people tend to blame others or events for who and where they are in their lives. When we take responsibility-- that the choices and decisions that we've made in our lives- have put us or kept us where we are, we can then change them!
 
Since we can 't change anyone outside of ourselves, being on the 'cause' side of the equation gives us the power to do something about it. Once we finish finding the root cause of the problem, we work diligently to remove the affects of it.
 
A Personal Breakthrough is very thorough.
We work to eliminate all negative emotions around the main issue:
  • Anger      
  • Sadness
  • Fear
  • Hurt 
  • Guilt
  • Shame
  • Limiting beliefs, decisions and/or behavioral problems.
  • We elicit your values and align them.
  • We find your strategy on HOW you do the problem...and make changes as needed.
  • If there is a part of you that thinks or feels one way and another part thinks or feels another way, we'll do an Integration that will resolve those conflicts.
 
When we are finished with the processes, we put goals out into your future.
